Myanmar

Flew into Yangon for a night then went on to Bagan where we saw thousands of temples/stupas/pagodas...amazing with a beautiful sunset. Next stop was Mandalay and the Irrawaddy River....again, many more temples and palaces to see here. From here we flew to Heho and the Inle Lake. Houses built in the water is amazing and watching the fishermen was an incredible site. Sanctions on Myanmar were just opened up in 2010 by President Obama so if you have any interest in traveling here now is the time to go. Very safe, food is good and people are friendly.
