Switzerland

We took the 10 day tour of BEST OF SWITZERLAND through Trafalgar at www.trafalgar.com in June 2014 and had a fabulous time. All the way up to the day of our trip it had rained daily in most of Europe. When we arrived the sun came out lending to warm sunny days for the entire trip. Our guide, Inga, was very knowledgeble, but yet had a great sense of humor. She told some of the funniest jokes that we have ever heard. The country of Switzerland is absolutely beautiful and the scenery is stunning. People were friendly and the food was good....a very broad range of types. Of course we always go for the Italian, many Italians have moved into Swiztzerland. It's a fairly easy trip to make in Europe because everything is westernized, most people speak English and the entire country is very, very clean. If you have ever wanted to go, I highly recommend doing a tour. We chose a tour because coordinating travel by bus or train would be very cumbersom. The tour with Trafalgar allowed us to sit back and enjoy the views. A very good, low stress way to travel. Let them do all the work so that you can sit back and relax and enjoy your holiday.
